More locations than ever before

Aviva-Womens-Tour2016 will be the third edition of the Aviva Women’s Tour and we are taking the race to more places than ever this year including new areas like Warwickshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire. Everywhere we go we see huge support from the public, who turn out in their thousands along the roadside, and look forward to the same again this year.

Confirmed: Stellar line-up of the world’s top ten teams

As part of the inaugural UCI Women’s WorldTour the race is now one of the highlights of the female cycling calendar and draws global attention. As a result we will see the very best professional female cyclists in the world racing on the roads of Britain this summer, with all of the world’s top ten teams confirmed to be riding.

Aviva-Womens-TourHaving this stellar line-up offers a great opportunity for the next generation to see their heroes and role models in action or even be inspired to take up cycling, one of the main reasons we introduced the Aviva Women’s Tour three years ago.

Join the crowds lining the streets to support women’s cycling

Perhaps most importantly though the event will be a true sporting spectacle and a great showcase for women’s sport. We often hear that there is only an audience for men’s sport and that really couldn’t be further from the truth. Year after year we see the highest levels of competition and entertainment from the Aviva Women’s Tour and that is reflected in the incredible support we receive. We’re looking forward to the biggest and best edition of the race yet, from 15th-19th June this year, and hope you can come out and enjoy the race with us!
