Joining us as a Product Specialist on our ePMA & Pharmacy products within secondary care your role will be an implementation expert supporting with the delivery of new systems, upgrades and additional products or services to our customers. Our Product Specialists are key within our delivery function and are subject matter experts within their field, providing a consultancy experience for our customers.

As a Product Specialist, you will have responsibility for the configuration, training and testing of customer solutions ensuring user requirements and objectives are fully met. Whilst you will regularly collaborate with other team members such as Project Managers and Implementation specialists this is a customer-facing role, and as the SME you will lead conversations with our customers, working closely with them to define and deliver the customisation of bespoke workflows.

This is a fast-paced role within an agile environment, working across several projects/go-lives at any one time. The role is field-based and there will be travel to customer sites in line with project requirements (depending on COVID restrictions). Some evening work may also be required to accommodate go-lives, however, we work on a flexible basis and this time can be taken back at a suitable time to both the business/individual.

The team you’ll join

As part of our Group Training team you will work alongside other product specialists, project managers and technical implementors, reporting into our Operational Readiness Manager. You’ll also collaborate with a range of internal teams including support, development, product & sales.

What you’ll bring

These are the skills and experience you’ll need to set yourself up for success in this role, however, we’d still love to talk to you even if you don’t tick all of them:

  • Technical experience ideally within SQL based software or as a minimum interest and willingness to develop within a technical role
  • Healthcare/Clinical experience ideally within pharmacy software in an acute setting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in an agile environment, working across multiple projects at any given time
  • Customer focussed with demonstrated experience of exceptional customer service
