Your new role
As Executive Business Manager you will be at the centre of two core businesses supporting the CEO to run them effectively and deliver on our commitments to our business, our customers and partners, and our shareholders. Working side by side with the CEO of EMIS Health and Enterprise, Suzy Foster, you will own and run the “rhythm of business” and oversee operations and ensure the businesses are running effectively, that issues are picked up early and corrected, that risks are managed and mitigated.
Acting as a trusted advisor, your day-to-day accountabilities will vary but will include business planning and strategy, proactively managing actions and commitments, organising the business calendar, taking the lead on special projects and building a strong internal and external network.
Being proactive is key and you must be someone who enjoys collaborative working and bringing together others to achieve solutions and solve problems. Action-oriented you will know how to assert yourself effectively to get the best outcomes from a diverse range of stakeholders and colleagues. Most importantly, you must be committed to our core values and genuinely care about having a positive impact in the health and care environment.
