Your new role
Our Product Management team delivers end to end lifecycle management across our group product portfolio. We’re obsessed with building world-class products that address the needs of our customers and partners. As Head of Product Propositions you will be instrumental in creating and driving forward the future product vision, working in collaboration with the team and wider business to define the proposition and portfolio strategy. You will lead the go-to market strategy and sales enablement for these value propositions and manage the commercial success using metrics and user feedback.
You will work closely with our Heads of Product to drive the evolution of the products and services within their market including the entire product lifecycle; developing and managing products and services from market and customer insights to underpin business growth.
Finally, you’ll be the market, customer and user expert. You’ll understand our customers; who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria and our users, their working practices, goals and frustrations. This, in addition to your in-depth healthcare knowledge, will enable you to create portfolio propositions that position EMIS at the forefront.
What you’ll bring
- A wealth of experience in Product Management and a proven track record of successfully creating successful, high-quality products and services
- Excellent market-focus and a true passion for innovation and converting customer needs into differentiated propositions
- Detailed understanding of the health-tech market, the competitive landscape and associated products and services
- A real team work ethos and strong collaboration and matrix-management experience
- Commercial acumen and demonstrable product performance management of financial targets and KPIs
