Your new role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Executive to design and execute go-to-market activity to support new product launches for both internal and external audiences. You’ll work collaboratively with product management and marketing communications to deliver product positioning and messaging that resonates with our customer base, and develop successful product marketing plans to support the retention of existing and the acquisition of new customers.
The ability to effectively manage projects and take an idea from concept through to delivery is key. You will work with a range of stakeholders, often to tight deadlines, across a complex portfolio of products so we’re looking for a great communicator and influencer who is able to work at pace. We can often complete up to four product launches per month!
This is a remote working role so you can be based anywhere in the UK. The team meet once a month around the country so there is a small element of travel required.
The team you’ll join
You will report directly in to Stephanie, our Product Marketing Manager, and be part of the wider Group Marketing team at EMIS. Our Group Marketing team is an integral part of the EMIS product function and is responsible for delivering our customer-facing strategic messaging and product propositions from across the group portfolio. We’re obsessed with building world-class products that deliver on the biggest challenges our customers and partners face and to deliver on that mission we’re building a superstar team of product owners, managers and marketers.
What you’ll bring
These are the skills and experience you’ll need to set yourself up for success in this role, however, we’d still love to talk to you even if you don’t tick all of them:
- A strong product marketing background in a product or marketing environment – advantageous
- A track record of creating successful, high-quality product messaging, market strategies and brand plans
- Fantastic relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Market-focus combined with creativity enables the customer need to be translated into differentiated propositions
- Confidence working at pace and drive process
- A real team work ethos and strong collaboration and matrix-management experience
- Knowledge and awareness of NHS structure are beneficial.
