Our company is made up of people from a wide range of backgrounds, who all share the same goal. Supporting better, safer and more efficient patient care. By joining up healthcare across the UK, we’re helping to revolutionise the NHS.
Your new role
As our Product Owner, you’ll work with senior leaders and Product Managers to develop and maintain our Analytics product strategy, and communicate this to the wider sprint team.
You’ll quickly understand the high-level roadmaps from the product managers and translate these into detailed plans for the engineering teams to build out. You’ll work with our customers and end-users to gather feedback which you’ll then feed into the wider team, ensuring sprints are innovative and run efficiently and ultimately, great products are built!
The team you’ll join
You’ll be part of our Analytics team, led by Alex. You’ll work with other POs and report into a Product Manager who will guide, encourage and support you in the role. Your wider team includes Data Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, Testers and more, so there’s plenty of people to collaborate with!
What you’ll bring
These are the skills and experience you’ll need to set yourself up for success in this role, however, we’d still love to talk to you even if you don’t tick all of them:
- You’ll be an experienced Product Owner who has thrived in a digital environment previously
- You’ll be innovative and love collaboration, a natural networker
- Any experience working alongside analytics or data engineering teams will be a huge benefit
- You’ll be familiar with Scrum and Agile methodologies
What we’ll give you
As well as a competitive salary, you’ll get a benefits package that includes things like a pension, life assurance, gym discounts and a cycle to work scheme!
We also take our corporate social responsibility pretty seriously and we believe in giving back to our community, so you’ll get the chance to be involved in lots of fundraising events throughout the year. Our latest one was a challenge to complete up to a 100km walk over 24hrs across the Peak District!
