Your new role
At Patient, our Project Manager will be responsible for the execution of several complex and high profile delivery projects for Patient.
You’ll work with Technical Leads, Product Managers, Operations, Service Desk colleagues and others to co-ordinate and manage a Programme of projects through the full life cycle to ‘business as usual’. Your stakeholder group will extend to the wider EMIS Group, including the PMO function who you’ll report statuses and potential risks to.
As a senior team member, you’ll also provide mentoring support to colleagues and a leadership role to others within the Patient team.
The team you’ll join
You’ll be joining a team led by Idris, our CTO. You’ll be based at home for most of the week and work with colleagues spread across the UK and India. When the teams meet, it will be in either London or Leeds so it will help if your close to one and able to travel when necessary.
What you’ll bring
These are the skills and experience you’ll need to set yourself up for success for this role, however, we’d still love to talk to you even if you don’t tick all of them
- You’ll be a proven Project Manager who is confident working with a wide stakeholder group
- You’ll know Agile well and be able to lead others in Agile processes
- Any experience working within a complex matrix organisation will be really beneficial
- Your communication skills will be excellent and you’ll be able to build strong relationships with people internally and externally
