We’re looking for someone brilliant to join our Resourcing team here at EMIS Group.
As our Resourcer you’ll be integral, supporting and enabling us to be as effective as possible for our business. You’ll do this by delivering great people who all support and are passionate about our goal to improve patient care.
You’ll be pivotal to the success of the team. Sharp and inquisitive, you’ll have an eye for where to find great candidates, quickly! You’ll be focused on being proactive – searching out and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for our multiple roles, using as many sourcing and attraction channels as you can think of, there’s no limit!
We want you to develop and grow, we have multiple projects that you will actively be encouraged to get involved in. We think this is the perfect role to build your experiences across both resourcing and talent.
This role will be predominantly home-based.
Reporting in to the Head of Resourcing, you’ll get the tools, training and support to be successful. You’ll work really closely with our fantastic Resource Business Partners, who will be there to listen and share their knowledge.

- a mix of agency and In house recruitment and talent experience.
- volume recruitment experience would be an advantage.
- good understanding of ATS and social platforms
- able to engage internally and externally.
- strong candidate management experience.
- used of lots of sourcing channels to attract candidates that are looking and those that aren`t
- a keen networker, you will be talking to lots of people.
