Your new role

We’re the UK leader in connecting healthcare technology. Our innovative systems, software and services enable a patients’ whole-life medical history to be safely and securely shared by healthcare professionals across all healthcare settings; from GP surgeries to high street pharmacies, community care, hospitals and hospices.

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll proactively manage a team of Account Directors in order to increase market share in existing markets, maximise new business and development opportunities by identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets. You‘ll also have your own revenue target and therefore direct responsibility for delivering sales and closing business.

This role is specifically focusing on our Acute and Community product portfolio and therefore requires a solid understanding of the market and drivers.

We do plan on visiting customers again once restrictions are lifted, and therefore require this person to be based within our northern region which is north of Watford.

What you’ll bring

  • A proven track record of successfully selling into the Acute and Community markets
  • Excellent business development skills
  • Experience of selling within the Healthcare Tech industry
  • Confidence building senior-level relationships
  • A strong network of contacts across the NHS
  • A proactive approach to work, the ability to think creatively and embraces new ideas and ways of working
