We’ve developed a dynamic, global community of interest and we work closely with our readers across all professions / sectors to understand the challenges and opportunities they face. We’re committed to accelerating progress towards gender balance and we believe it doesn’t need to take decades if we all use what we know to work smarter, as well as harder. We can assist with:

  • Developing and delivering strategies to build a diverse talent ecosystem, as well as retaining the brightest and best talent
  • Developing and delivering your communications strategy to emphasise the power of a diverse and inclusive approach – branding, PR, copywriting, editing, social media. We can also coach individuals and create bespoke training for groups

Content / editorial

We’re always keen to hear from potential contributors of content / editorial. Please submit a brief précis of your article idea or blog to the editorial team for consideration. (No more than 150 words, please.) We read all submissions within ninety days, and will contact you if we’re interested in your material.  We regret that, owing to the volume of submissions we receive (we get lots…) we are unable to call or e-mail unless our editorial team is interested in discussing your idea with you.
